At VornUp, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your order, you may be entitled to return your item and request a refund, in accordance with European Union consumer protection laws.
Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days
In compliance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within the withdrawal period by emailing info@vornup.com or using our contact form.
Conditions for Returns

The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

It must include the original packaging, tags, and any accessories received with the item.

Customized or personalized items (e.g. engraved products or made-to-order pieces) are not eligible for return, unless they are defective or damaged.

You will receive return instructions and the address of our nearest logistics center in Europe.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective items or shipping errors.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receiving the returned item.
