This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when purchasing from vornup.com. We are committed to transparency and reliability in all deliveries within the European Union and associated regions.


Shipping Regions

We currently ship to most countries in the European Union and select countries in the European Economic Area (EEA). If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@vornup.com.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Delivery Times

Our standard delivery time is:

  • Average delivery: 7 business days

  • Maximum delivery: Up to 12 business days in exceptional cases (e.g. customs delays, remote locations)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local postal services, or external factors beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping is free of charge on all orders placed within Europe.

No hidden fees or additional handling charges apply unless explicitly stated at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions to follow your package’s progress in real time.

If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days after purchase, please contact our support team at info@vornup.com.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed (over 12 business days), please contact us as soon as possible. We will:

  • Open a claim with the shipping provider

  • Offer a replacement or full refund if the product cannot be located

You will not be held responsible for losses due to carrier errors.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. In the case of:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address: We will contact you for correction, but delays may occur.

  • Undeliverable packages: If returned to sender, we may offer reshipment (shipping fees may apply) or refund minus original shipping costs.


Taxes and Duties

Orders shipped within the EU do not incur additional customs duties. If you are ordering from outside the EU or EEA, local taxes or duties may apply, and are the responsibility of the customer.
