Right of Withdrawal Notice – VornUp
As a customer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.
1. Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receives the goods.
2. Exercising Your Right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the purchase by sending a clear written statement via email to:

4. Return of Goods
You must send the goods back to us without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of the withdrawal. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred in the order.
5. Refunds
We will issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost (if applicable), within 14 days of being notified of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
